Byrne Bright Solutions was created out of a desire to provide a fully rounded supply chain consultancy. We provide down to earth and practical support, from logistics operations professionals who have had hands on experience in the field, in the public and private sectors. We believe that people who have actually done the job add not just their consultancy skills, but also their own experience of what works and what doesn’t work in the real world.

Logistics is often simply described as delivering a product or service in the right place and at the right time but in today’s market there is so much more to it. Businesses often spend a significant proportion of their income on their logistics function and that function has to deliver on cost and service. The ability to deliver your business’s promises and your customer’s expectations can be the difference between success and failure.

With first-hand experience of consultants and having met with numerous clients who had paid for expensive consultancy packages that they were never able to fully implement or realise, Sue Byrne, the founder of Byrne Bright Solutions, wanted to provide something different.

“We bring together the right resources to support organisations with transformation and performance improvement. We can build the right team for you, for the time that you need them, with the aim of creating efficiency, sustainability and growth, through high performing teams.

We recognise that each situation is different so we will work with you to tailor an approach that fits your needs and delivers practical, tangible benefits to your business. Our analysis and recommendations will be accompanied by action, content and results, rather than glossy brochures.

The solutions we help you to implement will endure because they will be embedded and owned by your team, who will be supported to deliver long after our work is done.”
